For this project, we created the Rubra Office Unit: a modular office layout consisting of two 6 x 3-meter units, installed in an existing hangar. Thanks to its elevated placement and striking finish, this office unit creates a clear, functional, and visually striking workspace within an industrial setting.

Office space integrated into an industrial hall

The office unit was specifically designed for installation within a hangar, where it serves as a private and comfortable office space amidst production or storage activities. This solution is ideal for:

• office and administrative functions
• supervision of production or logistics
• consultation and meeting space
• temporary or permanent workspaces

By placing the unit separately in the hall, the existing infrastructure remains completely intact.

Elevated installation with external staircase

The office unit is elevated on a steel structure and accessible via an external staircase with a landing. This setup provides:

• a clearly defined office zone
• optimal view of the work floor
• efficient use of the available space in the hangar

Extra space remains available beneath the unit, for example for storage or passage.

Striking and functional finish

The unit features a red facade finish, ensuring strong visual recognition within the industrial environment. The large windows let in plenty of natural light and create an open and pleasant working environment.

The combination of color, glass, and steel gives the unit a powerful yet professional appearance.

Comfort and flexibility
