BENDING – LVD PPED
DS Units uses a high-performance LVD PPEB press brake for the precise bending of metal parts. This machine enables sheet metal to be bent with high precision and repeatability, for both simple and complex shapes.
Thanks to our experience and internal coordination with laser cutting and engineering, we can guarantee a smooth and efficient workflow within the production process.

- Bending force: up to 165 tons (1,650 kN)
- Capacity: 50 to 320 tons (depending on application)
- Maximum bending thickness: up to 10 mm at 1,000 mm length
