For this project, we created a modular store consisting of five 6 × 2.5-meter DS Boxes, complemented by an outdoor terrace on the upper level. The smart combination and stacking of the DS Boxes created a two-story retail layout offering maximum visibility, customer experience, and flexibility in an urban setting.

Strong retail presence in the streetscape

The store was conceived as a temporary yet fully-fledged retail environment with a distinct architectural aesthetic. Thanks to its two-story structure and open terrace, the store immediately stands out from traditional pop-up concepts.

This setup is ideal for:

Composed of 5 DS Boxes

The store consists of five DS Boxes, of which:

• several units on the ground floor have been combined into a single open retail space
• one or more units on the upper floor have been placed, with access to a terrace

This configuration provides:

• a spacious and well-organized store on the ground floor
• an enhanced experience and lounge area on the upper floor
• a clear separation between retail and relaxation

Transparent facades for maximum visibility

The DS Boxes on the ground floor feature large glass panels, making the store fully visible from the street. This ensures:

• an open and inviting atmosphere
• a strong visual connection with passersby
• plenty of natural light in the retail space

The transparency enhances the retail experience and invites visitors to step inside.

Terrace as an extension of the shopping experience

An outdoor terrace was integrated on the upper level, designed as a lounge and meeting space. This terrace:

• increases the length of time visitors stay
• creates an extra layer of experience
• turns the store into a true destination

The terrace fits perfectly with contemporary retail concepts where experience and relaxation take center stage.

Flexible, modular, and reusable

As with all DS Box solutions, this store is also:
