For this project, we created a modular DS Box configuration consisting of six 6 × 2.5-meter DS Boxes, stacked over two levels and connected by an internal staircase. This configuration demonstrates how a compact footprint can be translated into a spacious, efficient, and fully internal circulation structure.

Two-story configuration with internal connection

The structure consists of:

• DS Boxes on the ground floor, designed as open and flexibly usable spaces
• DS Boxes on the upper floor, directly connected to the ground floor via an internal staircase

By keeping circulation internal, a single cohesive whole is created, ideal for applications where a logical and protected connection between floors is desired.

Internal staircase as a central circulation element

The internal staircase forms the heart of the layout and provides:

• a direct connection between the two levels
• protection from the elements
• maximum freedom on the exterior of the building

Transparent facades and plenty of natural light

All DS Boxes feature large glass sections, which provide:

• abundant natural light on both floors

Despite the stacking, the structure remains transparent and accessible.

With 6 DS Boxes, a fully-fledged two-story structure is realized without requiring additional floor space. This makes the configuration particularly suitable for:

As with all DS Box solutions, this configuration is also:
