For this project, we built the Sigma Office Building: a spacious and functional modular office building consisting of 16 units measuring 6 x 3 meters, spread over two floors. This project demonstrates how modular construction offers an efficient and scalable solution for larger office needs.

Large office capacity in a modular design

The office building consists of a rectangular arrangement of units that together form a single clear and well-organized whole. The combination of multiple units creates a fully-fledged office environment with sufficient space for:

• offices and workspaces
• administrative functions
• project teams
• temporary or permanent staff accommodations

The modular approach makes it possible to quickly create a lot of extra space without traditional construction processes.

Two stories with an external staircase

The Sigma office building is constructed on two levels, with the upper floor accessible via an external metal staircase. This solution ensures:

• clear circulation
• maximum utilization of the available space

The placement on concrete pedestals ensures stability and a clean connection to the site.

Functional and durable finish

The units feature a light, neutral exterior finish that creates a neat and professional appearance. Multiple windows per unit allow ample natural light to enter, enhancing working comfort.

In addition, the building is equipped with:

• air conditioning per unit
• sturdy exterior doors and windows
• a robust steel structure suitable for intensive use

Everything has been designed with sustainability, ease of maintenance, and daily professional use in mind.
