For this project, we designed a modular office with a split-level layout, consisting of multiple units connected by an external staircase. This solution combines an efficient layout with an open and professional atmosphere, making it ideal for daily office work and meetings.

Smart two-level design

The office consists of an elevated unit resting on a steel structure, combined with a ground-level unit. This layout creates a clear functional separation between the different spaces without taking up additional floor space.

External staircase for practical circulation

The upper office space is accessible via an external metal staircase with a balustrade. This outdoor staircase:

Maximum natural light through large glass panels

The combination of glass and clean-lined volumes makes the office bright and accessible, despite its compact design.

Clean and low-maintenance finish
