For this project, we created the Marc Garden Unit: a spacious, elongated gardenunit characterized by a strong architectural presence and a distinct connection to its surroundings. Thanks to the combination of glass, wood, and clean lines, this unit serves as a fully-fledged outbuilding that fits perfectly into an open garden landscape.

Open architecture with a view of the greenery

The Marc Garden Unit was designed as a horizontal volume that stretches along the garden. The sequence of:

• large glass panels
• warm wooden facade accents
• dark structural frames

creates a dynamic yet balanced whole. The unit opens up fully to the garden and offers views of the surrounding greenery from every room.

Light and space take center stage

The large windows provide an abundance of natural light and make the interior exceptionally pleasant. The use of glass across nearly the entire length creates an open and transparent feel, without compromising on comfort or tranquility.
