For this project, we created a modular DS Box configuration consisting of five 6 × 2.5-meter DS Boxes, combined with three integrated terraces. By cleverly combining indoor and outdoor spaces, we created a spacious and flexible structure that focuses on experience, openness, and multifunctional use.

Combined indoor and outdoor structure

The configuration consists of:

• DS Boxes on the ground floor, joined together to form a single cohesive volume
• Multiple terraces on different levels, which serve as an extension of the interior spaces

This configuration makes it possible to distribute functions and create zones without adding extra building volume.

Terraces as fully functional spaces

The three terraces are fully integrated into the DS Box structure and finished with:

• wooden terrace flooring
• metal balustrades
• unobstructed views of the surroundings

The terraces can be used as:

• recreational and gathering spaces
• outdoor zones for events or activation
• an additional experiential layer for temporary or semi-permanent applications

Linear and clear layout

The DS Boxes are arranged in a clear, linear configuration, which ensures:

• clear circulation
• efficient use of available space
• a sleek and architectural appearance

The transparent facades reinforce the open character and create a strong visual connection with the surroundings.

Modular and flexible

As with all DS Box solutions, this configuration is also:

• fully modular
• easily adaptable in configuration
• expandable with additional DS Boxes or terraces
• suitable for temporary or long-term use

The same DS Boxes can later:

• be combined differently
• be deployed at a different location
• be part of a larger setup

Quick implementation without traditional construction

Thanks to the DS Box system, this setup could be implemented quickly, without traditional construction. This makes the configuration particularly suitable for locations where speed, flexibility, and minimal impact are important.
