For this project, we created a modern garden unit with a rooftop terrace, designed as a functional and comfortable additional space with a clear added value: an accessible and safely finished terrace on top of the unit. This solution combines indoor space and the outdoor experience in a smart and aesthetically pleasing way.

Compact volume with maximum utilization

The garden unit was designed as a clean, rectangular volume with a sleek architectural look. By adding a rooftop terrace, the available space is optimally utilized without taking up additional ground area.

This layout is ideal for:

Warm materials and contemporary design

The unit features:

• a vertical wooden facade finish

A rooftop terrace with a metal balustrade was added on top of the garden unit. This terrace provides an additional outdoor space that can be used for relaxation, meetings, or events.

The roof terrace:
