For this project, we designed and constructed the Atlas Office Building: a fully-fledged, modern office building comprised of 11 modular units measuring 6 x 3 meters. Thanks to its modular design, Atlas combines scalability, flexibility, and a professional appearance into a single, well-thought-out whole.

Modular construction with maximum efficiency

The Atlas Office Building consists of two stories and was constructed entirely from standardized units that fit together seamlessly. This modular approach makes it possible to quickly create a spacious and functional office environment without compromising on comfort or appearance.

Together, the units form a single coherent building that is perfectly suited for:

• offices
• meeting rooms
• administrative workstations
• temporary or permanent office solutions

Sleek architecture and plenty of natural light

The dark gray facade finish gives the office building a contemporary, professional look. Large windows provide abundant natural light on both floors, contributing to a pleasant and productive work environment.

The symmetrical structure and clean lines emphasize the building’s architectural character and demonstrate that modular construction can perfectly complement a sleek design.

On the ground floor, the building features a central entrance with glass doors, creating an open and accessible atmosphere. Inside, the modular structure allows for a logical and efficient layout of the spaces, tailored to the company’s daily operations.

Thanks to the stackable units, the building has a compact footprint but offers generous usable space.
