For this project, we created School Building Aalst: a modular school building, constructed from multiple units and designed as a temporary yet fully-fledged educational space. Thanks to the modular approach, the school was able to quickly create additional capacity, with a focus on safety, comfort, and ease of use for students and staff.

The Aalst School Building was installed as an extension of an existing school site. Together, the modular units form a well-organized two-story complex centered around a central outdoor space. This layout is ideal for:
